You may not be able to take Risperdal, or you may require a dosage adjustment or special monitoring during treatment if you are taking any of the medicines listed below:

Disease (Sinemet, Atamet and others). Bromocriptine (Parlodel), Pergolide (Permax),
Pramipexole (Mirapex), Ropinirole (Requip) or any medication used to lower blood pressure.
Risperdal Side Effects
Antipsychotic drugs like Risperdal can cause biochemical abnormalities in the brain that result in
Tardive Dyskinesia (TD), a potentially irreversible involuntary neurological movement disorder
and Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome (NMS) which is a potentially fatal symptom complex.
